Key job responsibilities:

  • Should be able to forecast revenue projections for Lyra
  • Need to handle various Sales teams in closing monthly,quarterly numbers
  • Should manage sales numbers on individual basis as well, apart from team numbers
  • Should be transparent in managing forecasts,revenue,projections,closures on regular basis
  • Flexible enough to travel,the profile requires about 25% travel within India & 25% overseas travel


Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 or more (max 18) years of experience in Direct Sales Profile
  • Proven track record of managing Sales numbers on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Should be an Engineering graduate, preferably CS/ECE
  • Should have handled India as a territory for at least 2 years
  • Should have sound knowledge & understanding in the technology domain (eg. Embedded,Software Development,Open Source,Software Services etc.)
  • Should possess strong interpersonal,presentation & business development skills
  • Proven record of building, managing and educating Sales teams across region (India)

Inside Sales Executive


Responsibilities:

  • Execute cold calls and email campaigns to generate new sales prospects.
  • Should have experience working in sales/presales/marketing - lead generation, cold calling etc.
  • Generate qualified opportunities through phone calls, emails, internet research etc.
  • Manage a minimum 40 - 50 calls per day to prospective clients.
  • Build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Hand on experience of Linux and Unix(s).
